• The Land Marque Real Estate staff is both unprofessional and untimely in there business dealings. The staff does not present themselves as knowledgeable about real estate contracts and closing of same. They are untimely in providing good faith estimates to their clients making it virtually impossible to be properly prepared for a home closing. This is not a case of an "inaccurate" settlement statement instead the last minute delivery resulted in difficulty in procuring the funds for closing as it was received on hours before. The staff was not cordial to all persons involved in the closing and made it difficult to move through the process in a timely manner. Further, the representation was poor as we arrived to the closing late as I was waiting for a Land Marque representative, as my agent was not available to close with me. The representative arrived unprofessionally dressed and was not willing to converse with the closing attorney, seller's agents, or the seller. The Land Marque representation placed me a very comprising position resulting in a "lengthy " closing that almost didn't happen and feelings of potential regret for association with such an unprofessional group of people.
